How Do I register for Turkey Trot Los Angeles?
When and where can I pick up my bib and Turkey Trucker Hat?
We will be posting dates and times this Summer!
You can also pick up all race materials in person at the Event Expo located on Spring Street between Grand Park and City Hall in Downtown Los Angeles, located at 200 N Spring Street, Los Angeles 90012 on Thursday, November 27 starting @ 7:00am.
What if I want to run the 5k and 10k events?
You can run both the 5k and 10k events BUT you must finish your 5k within 30 minutes to join the start of the 10k @ 8:30am!
Do you mail out race bibs and hats?
No we don't. You need to pick up at one of our packet pickups or on race day. See above.
How much does the race cost?

Are strollers allowed on the course?
YES! Thanksgiving is all about family.
Are dogs allowed on the course?
NO! While we love pets, we ask everyone to leave their animal family members at home.
Is the Widdle Wobble timed?
The kids runs have a race clock, but participants are not individually timed.
Are there restrooms at the event?
YES! There are plenty of restrooms located at the start and finish areas on Spring Street (between City Hall and Grand Park).
Is there a place to put my belongings while I race?
YES! There is a dedicated 'bag-drop area', but it is not supervised and we do not recommmend leaving valuables in this area.
Can I walk or do I have to run the entire distance?
You can walk, run, moon walk or skip. Just come out and have some fun with us!
Where do I park?
Can i ride my scooter, skateboard or bike?
All Turkey Trot participants will park at California Plaza (350 S. Grand Ave.) Reserve your parking ahead of time, ensuring the smoothest possible arrival on race day morning. Purchase your pass here, it’s only $9.99!
NO. For safety reasons, please keep these items off the course.
Are there age/division awards?
YES! The top 3 in each age division get awards.

I suddenly have changed my mind, can I get a refund?
No, The Turkey Trot LA does not authorize refunds at any time, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Race Conduct - We will not tolerate any inappropriate behavior to any of our volunteers or staff. If you have a complaint please direct these to Brennan Lindner at email@example.com. Failure to follow this guideline will result in disqualification from the event and possibly being banned from future events. Seriously. We're all out here for some fun, so let's have some!
Natural Disaster Policy - If an Act of God/Terrorism/Community Disaster occurs, what happens?
1. We make decisions based on safety first.
2. The municipality will also make a decision.
3. Race courses and race date will be altered as seen fit by race management and the City of Los Angeles.
4. Athletes in a postponed race will be transferred to the rescheduled date at no charge.
5. Generic Events cannot accept the risk of a disaster for everyone. Each athlete needs to accept the risk of his or her entry fee. There will be NO REFUNDS. The money you paid is spent developing that race.
Why? We do not save any money if the race is postponed or you choose not run. We have paid for every supply and service needed for that race. We pay for all race supplies or services associated with that race, regardless of the outcome. These include paying for permits, our staff, offices, administration costs all year. It's not ideal, and nobody likes wasting money, but we unfortunately cannot predict what will happen on race day.
